Josh Wollaston is the Co-Founder of SPG Capital LLC. Josh plays an active role in the sourcing of new borrowers & funding opportunities, as well as operations of the business. Josh works closely with our experienced borrowers to deliver a diversified portfolio of real estate investment opportunities. He is also responsible for the company’s capital raising goals by communicating and marketing the company’s private offerings and maintaining key relationships with the company's investors. Giving family and friends a potentially easier way to earn passive income through real estate is what motivated SPG Capital LLC to create this Business. Josh began his real estate career by purchasing and renovating distressed single family homes to rent and to sell to homebuyers in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Over the years, Josh, along with Alex Martyn, have built up a sizable portfolio of residential real estate in Chester County, PA and Delaware and continue to build the portfolio as appropriate opportunities present themselves. Josh also worked at Citibank in Delaware and New York City in Product Management up until early 2023 when he successfully moved full time into real estate investing. When Josh isn’t working, he loves to spend the rest of his time with his wife and two sons.
